Please take a few minutes to complete the Department of Psychology’s Senior Exit Survey.

You should complete the survey if you are one semester away from graduating (i.e., scheduling your last advising appointment with your academic advisor.

The survey is expected to take only 10-15 minutes to complete.

The survey will provide critical program assessment data for the Department of Psychology and help WSU meet its accreditation requirements.  Accreditation maintains WSU’s status as an academic institution and makes it possible for WSU students to apply for financial aid.

Please answer all the questions completely and honestly.  You answers are completely confidential; they will not be associated with your personal identity in any way.  Rather, the data collected will be used to assess how well the Department of Psychology is achieving its program learning goals and outcomes.
